About This Web Site
The Web site was created in June of 2008 by me,
Kathie Fry, editor of
Hawaii for Visitors, the
Hawaii Travel Newsletter, and the
Do It In Hawaii Forum. The Web site was originally intended to be a place for me to share
my photos of Hawaiian music events and artists, but
my plans have expanded to include eventually
publishing bios and photos of all of Hawaii's
most popular performers of the
past and present. It's obviously going to take a while for that
project to be completed, and I can't even work on it in
a big way until January 2009, so if you have a favorite
artist you would like to see profiled right away, send email
to kathiefry@gmail.com or post a note in our new
Hawaii Forum. I will move that artist to the
top of my "to do" list. if I already have their
photo in my files I should be able to get a profile
page up right away.
