Mid-Atlantic Ukulele Invitational
(Maryland)
The 6th Annual Mid-Atlantic Ukulele Invitational
took place Saturday June 7, 2008 from noon until
11;00 p.m.. The festival took place at Eastport
Elementary School in Annapolis, Maryland.
Mid West Uke Fest
This ukulele festival in Indiana was
held at least once and it was hosted
by the Key Strummers, a young people's
ukulele jazz group made up of children
age 8 to 14. The students all attended
the Key Learning Community School,
a public school in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Milwaukee Ukulele Festival
(Wisconsin)
The Milwaukee Ukulele Festival took place on
September 26, 2008 at the Redeemer Luthern Church
on 19th Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
The event will feature performances by Victoria Vox,
the Boulder Acoustic Society, Gerald Ross, and
many others. The festival will also feature
ukulele jam sessions, and music and ukulele vendors.

New York Ukulele Festival
The 2009 New York Ukulele Festival will take
place May 29-31 2009 at the Gershwin Hotel
on East 27th Street in New York City.
The event will feature three days of ukulele
concerts, workshops, and jam sessions, films,
and hula demonstrations. Special guest performers
will include 101 year old Bill Tapia,
Pat Palika Enos, Ukulele Bart, Nellie McKay,
and many others.
Tahoe Area Uke Festival
(Nevada)
The 2009 Tahoe Area Ukulele Festival will take
place June 27, 2009 in Minden, Nevada.
Brittni Paiva, Victoria Vox and other ukulele musicians
will perform in concert and other festival
activities will include ukulele lessons,
workshops, jam sessions, open mike sessions,
and prizes.
Texas Ukulele Festivals
Information about the Lone Star Ukulele Festival
and Music Camp in Dallas and the Texas Ukulele Festival
in San Antonio.
Windy City Uke Fest
The 2008 Windy City Uke Fest took place
August 1-3, 2008.
