Steel Guitar Forum
The Steel Guitar Forum was founded in 1996 by
steel guitarist Bobby Lee. The general public
can read all of the posts in this forum but before
visitors can post they need to create a user
account a pay a small one-time fee to help support
the group. Given the large number of members
and posts in the Steel Guitar Forum, I would say
paying the small fee and joining the group would
be very worthwhile, if you are interested in
talking about or learning about the steel guitar.
Lap Steel Yahoo Group
An online newsgroup under the Yahoo Music Groups
umbrella for discussing the vintage and modern
non-pedal lap steel guitar. Includes discussions
about building, collecting, and playing the lap steel guitar.
