The 5th Annual Hawaii Music Awards honored the
best music recordings and artists of 2001. The
winners, selected by public vote, were
announced in February of 2002 and the awards
ceremony was held in April of 2002 at
Kapono's Restaurant in the Aloha Tower Marketplace.
